• Formulate test plans, create test cases, test report; perform integration test, system test, and regression test of the software in accordance with the specifications made, and adjust these specifications accordingly;
• Obtain Microsoft certification of the products in cooperation with the architects;
• Working with specifications and documentation of Company-produced software programs, in cooperation with customers and software developers;
• Produce system documentation in cooperation with developers, architects, and technical writers;
• Review specifications produced by developers, architects, and technical writers;
• Participate in setting standards to document Company-developed software applications on the Microsoft .NET platform;
• Research automation test tools for defined testing purposes;
• Train newcomers such as testers, developers, seniors, architects… in bug-tracking tools;
• Participate in research and application of company-wide standard processes;
• Demonstrate good English oral and written skills in working with colleagues and foreign partners;
• Identify own educational needs;
• Define testers’ certifications;
• Evaluate other testers’ work performance;
• Conduct project and work estimates in testing;
• Report own progress and timelines;
• Work assignment by the company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin hoặc bằng cấp tương đương - College or University Degree with specialization in Software Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or IT
- Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc kiểm thử phần mềm - Professional experience with software testing
- Có hiểu biết về một trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình như: C#, SQL, Dot NET, Java, ...
- Có hiểu biết về hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu MS SQL Server.
- Thành thạo trong việc xây dựng kịch bản kiểm thử phần mềm.
- Có khả năng phân tích, phán đoán và nhanh nhạy trong việc tìm ra lỗi của phần mềm
- Skilled in oral and written English - điểm TOEIC trên 605 là một lợi thế
- ISTQB and ISEB certificates are an advantage
