Role and Responsibilities

ü  Manage small team (2-3 members) to perform testing for Web/PC/Mobile Applications

ü  Communicate and discuss directly with development team and/or customers to clarify requirements

ü  Make estimation of testing effort base on requirements

ü  Cooperate with project leader to make testing schedule/plan/strategy correspond with development schedule & company process

ü  Join & instruct team members in define test solution, creating test design, test specification

ü  Analyze test result, test metrics and make project quality report

ü  Manage progress, test execution result, bugs

ü  Cooperate with project leader to solve issue of progress/quality

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the software development field.

Preferred Skills

ü  At least 01 years’ experience in software development (requirement analysis, design, coding, testing), especially in application on PC (C/C++, C#, Java programming…)

• At least 01 years’ experience in leading a test team

ü  Solid experience in Web application testing, PC application testing

ü  ISTQB Advance Level is an advantage.
